Educational program for parents with infants approximately 6-12 months old, to learn about the sleep needs of their baby, with actionable tips for better sleep, as well as learning how to implement a variety of advanced infant sleep learning techniques.
-Teaching parents to understand the needs and cues for their babies around sleep
-Techniques for this age group to regulate naps and night sleep
-Learning tools to improve sleep associations making transitions into sleep easier
-Learning specific and advanced techniques for teaching babies to sleep including both no-cry and self soothing techniques, and all the options in between
