I understand what it's like to be a sleep deprived parent, and boy oh boy it's tough some days! Because I've been through it, I want your experience to be better. So I trained as an infant sleep consultant and spent years practicing the art with patients in my office.
Now I've created a super accessible online program with everything you need to know to help your newborn become a phenomenal sleeper, so you can get some sleep too!
Program options are broken down by age, with Foundations for Future Sleep for babies 0-3 months, Successful Sleep Habits for 4-6 months, and Advanced Sleep Learning for 6-12 months.
